Patriots Dolphins week 8

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap2000000270415/Week-8-Dolphins-vs-Patriots-highlights
In the patriots game this Sunday against the Miami dolphins, Many people were expecting another bad performance from the patriots.

In the first half, Tom Brady did absolutely terrible, passing for only 25 yards with an interception.

The dolphins had a good first half, getting off to a 17-3 lead.

After the first half, Tom Brady and the patriots were booed at by their own fans in their own stadium, just because they were so bad.

In the third order the patriots were able to pick it up though. In the second half, Brady was finally able to connect with some of his receivers, but most of all, the defense played a beautiful second half.

Rob Ninkovich recovered a fumble and returned it in for a touchdown.

This is probably the play of the game, in the 4th quarter,  the Dolphin's quarterback Ryan Tannehill went deep, and Patriots safety Devin McCourty  dove to where if he caught the ball he would have been out of bounds, and corner back Marquice Cole was barely able to get in bounds to catch it.

Diving catch... And diving pass

http://www.seahawks.com/videos-photos/videos/Russell-Wilson-barely-gets-the-pass-off/3dd99474-27cc-4f53-abdd-eb22c1cc34c7

In the Thursday night game this week the Seahawks played against the Cardinals.

In the Third quarter on third and three, The Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson, looked like he was going to be sacked.

The Cardinals' linebacker had him falling to the ground, but just before Russell Wilson's knee hit the ground, he was able to flip the ball into the field.

Tight End Zach Miller was in the area, and he hustled to the ball in time to make a diving catch.

The Seahawks ended up winning the game 34-22

Lost because they pushed their own player?

The Patriots were able to pull off a week 2 victory against the New York Jets, but the Jets now get a chance to take that win back.

The patriots have tight end Rob Gronkowski back after an injury, and it is looking pretty good for them.        Brady was not able to preform in the first half, with no throwing touchdowns. In the second half, with the lead 21 to 10, Brady continues the bad performance by throwing an interception that was returned for a touchdown.

In the last minutes of the game the patriots got the ball in field goal range, and they were able to convert a last minute field goal to force the game into overtime.

In overtime the Patriots won the coin toss and received the kick, but were only able to convert one first down, then were forced to punt because of a couple bad throws by Brady.

The Jets drove up the field until they were able to attempt a field goal, and they gave kicker Nick Folk a chance to try a 57 yard field goal. He missed.

But no! there's a flag on the field. it seems to be an unsportsmanlike conduct call on the patriots. To make it short, the patriots rookie Chris Jones was penalized for pushing his own player.

best game of the year

This game will probably be the highlight of the 2013-2014 football season. The 4 and 1 patriots, who were not favored at all to win their game against the undefeated saints.

The patriots were down by three with a couple minutes left in the game, and they get the ball, and are thinking this is their last chance for a touchdown.

Brady completely blows it by throwing an interception on the first play. This was when I just walked out of the room, thinking that it was hopeless.

It turns out that it wasn't. I was walking through the room a few minutes later, and I saw that the saints had 4th down with about a minute left, and were going to have to punt. The spark of hope that I had inside of me that they could come back grew a little bit larger, at least big enough for me to keep watching.

The patriots received the ball around their own 30 yard line, and completed a couple quick but crucial catches to move up to the saints' 30 yard line, with 45 seconds left. they were in a good position to score, but with not enough time. on fourth down with 20 seconds left, Brady completes maybe the most crucial pass of the game to Austin Collie for the first down.

Then they had a few plays to get to the end zone. they made 2 incomplete passes to the end zone, and with under 10 seconds left, Brady snaps the ball, drops back, and makes a quick but beautiful pass to Kenbrell Tompkins to complete the game of the year.

Andy luck-Donny Avery last second

http://www.realclearsports.com/video/2012/12/03/luck_beats_lions_with_last-second_td.html

Even though this is not a great play, I decided to put it on here. I was actually routing for the lions in that game, but you have to be happy for the team that wins last second (and the receiver that no one even knows about making the catch.) Seriously have you ever heard of Donnie Avery? The lions had the lead with 4 seconds and it was 4th and 10, the colts had to go for it on 4th down. It was a pass play, and Andrew Luck made an easy flip to Donny Avery, and he made the run for the toyuchdown, and the time had already run out, the game was over.

Lagarrette Blount amazing run

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-fantasy/09000d5d8244aac6/RB-Blount-54-yd-run-TD

After seeing this, I think that the Marshawn Lynch run is overrated. In this game in 2011, lagarrette Blount, running back on the buccaneers, literally is being held onto by 3 packers for 5 seconds at once but is somehow able to break through, he shakes of probably half the packers team during that play. it makes you feel like he's invincible. I dont even understand how you can even do that. Given the fact that he is not even really a star running back, that makes it just the perfect run.
