On Sunday, one of the most watched games of the season happened. The undefeated Chiefs played the 8-1 Broncos, the best records in the AFC.The game was close until a Broncos touchdown run in the 3rd quarter.
Jamaal Charles had an awesome 30 yard run in the second quarter where he spin moves behind the line of scrimmage, and runs up the other side, finding the perfect path to get the most possible yards.
In the 4th quarter, Wes Welker gets a pass, backtracks three times until he finds an opening. The Broncos ended up winning the game 27-17.
In the end, the chiefs got a 10 points behind and were never able to recover from that deficit.
After the Broncos win and the Chiefs loss, the Broncos and the Chiefs are 2 teams in a 3 way tie for the best record in the NFL.After this game, I think that the Broncos will not lose for the rest of the season,unless they lose next week to the Patriots. The Patriots are the last team that has a chance of taking away an easy championship win.
The Chiefs now, will probably lose another one or 2 games. Still an easy wildcard team, but not a championship win. They have one more match up against the Broncos in 2 weeks, and if the broncos lose before then, they could win. If they beat the Broncos in that match up, I think they are a championship possibility.
